****Update 7/27/12: First off there was an firmare update over the weekend. For those that don't know, Asus is very good at pushing out updates. This seems like a big one and it only stated that it was to improve performance, but I found an online comment of the changelog, and it was a lot of stuff. For info, look it up. firmware v9.4.5.26 should help you find the info.
OK, regarding my comment below about Riptide, turns out that it only needed the options tweaked to higher graphics and now it looks a lot better. I guess the default is the lowest settings to improve performance. But the Infinity has no problem handling the graphics boosted all the way up to the highest setting. I'm sure we will still run into some problems with the apps not being enhanced for the 1920 1200 screen.
I'm still loving my Infinity. Hope everyone is having a good experience with their tablet as well, regardless of which brand or model you chose. There is something for everyone... Read more

Actually im writing my review from the tablet.
Its been in use for 3 hours now and ive got 54% battery left.
Been doing alot of downloading and such. Will see how the battery life is.
Am impressed with the fit and finish of the tablet. No bloatware. The autocorrect does do some annoying things, but so does my phone.
Its fast.. responsive. Sometimes a bit to responsive.. thinking im trying to change home screens when im not, or thinking
Im trying to select when im scrolling. Will have to see if there are some sensitivity settings.
The screen is gorgeous. Period.
Ive been waiting for a tablet worth buying instead of an ipad. Glad i waited. Will update after ive had some time with it.

Finally!!! It seems as though this day would never come (seeing how the 'Infinity' name was spoken by Asus months and months ago). I had been pounding away on my TF101, holding out patiently & impatiently, until I could actually grasp the TF700T. Just ordered mine about 32 hours ago and selected one day shipping. I will say it lives up to the hype! Display of course it out of this universe. Extremely fast, even for ICS. I hear that Jelly Bean will be making its way to Asus in the next week or so, which should smooth out all transitions and swipes. Overall I am very impressed, and after a few minor updates (as usual) this tablet will officially be the beast of the block!
(FYI: for any tablet ever, there is no need to get 3G/4G service plan. Why? Cost too much, wifi is everywhere, tether, wifi access fees (if needed) will be cheap than a monthly bill,
